Letícia BufoniSkygrind
A Red Bull action film with Letícia Bufoni — one trick, one line, one margin of error: zero.

Red Bull brought Letícia Bufoni to California for a single-trick action piece — an athlete, a rail, and a crew rigged to catch every frame of what happens in the air.
Skygrind was built around one line Letícia wanted to try that nobody had skated before. The whole production existed to serve that one take: cranes, a cinebot on a dolly, a climbing-and-rigging team handling the safety geometry, and a camera package choreographed around her body so we could read her face as clearly as we read her feet.
Finding the right team for a piece this intense is one of the hardest parts of the job. Letícia trains with surgical discipline — the kind of athlete who skips meals for hours before a run so nothing gets in the way of landing the trick, and who takes an 8 g impact mid-air like she's supposed to be there. For the stunt work we brought in the same jump coordinator who rigs Tom Cruise's stunts, because the margin for error on a trick this size is zero, and losing the take wasn't an option.
Directed by the Abdala Brothers, produced for Red Bull. I came on as Executive Producer — protecting the vision, running the pipeline, and keeping the edit honest to what the athlete actually did in front of us.
